Please note that all services are not available for on line booking. 

We only offer online booking for haircut and waxing services in the salon.

Spa Room services available for on line booking include

 manicures, pedicures, facials, and eyelash extensions. 

When reserving an appointment on line, you will be required to enter a valid credit card and information.

Appointments that are scheduled cannot be canceled or rescheduled online.

By reserving an appointment with, or receiving any service(s) from,

 Jennerations Hair Studio & Spa, each client accepts the following policies.

New Clients: We require a valid credit card to be on file to reserve any appointment(s).

Existing Clients: We may require a valid credit card on file to reserve any spa or chemical services (color services, or perms). *Our reservation service is PCI compliant. 

*Your card information is encrypted.

~If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 business hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointment without 24 business hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service(s) total. This fee will be charged to your card on file. After a No Show, we reserve the right to refuse any future reservations. Cancellations and rescheduling CANNOT be done via e-mail or text message. You MUST contact the salon at (540)631-1177.

~By not confirming your reserved appointment, that does not cancel your appointment. You MUST call the salon to cancel or reschedule. If you respond to the confirmation text or email with anything other than “C” (to confirm) or reminder text, we DO NOT receive those. You MUST call the salon. (540)631-1177

 ~All bridal party reservations are scheduled with a 50% non-refundable deposit and a contract must be signed prior to booking.

~We do not offer refunds of any kind on any of our services or products. A non-transferable gift certificate for the amount of the service(s) in question or product(s) will be issued with an expiration date. Any balance exceeding the value of the gift certificate is the client’s responsibility.

>Any questions or complaints need to be brought to our attention within 3 days from date of haircut or within 7 days from date of perm, or color. Any scheduling from service in question, must be reserved no later than 7 days after original appointment date.

>Costume colors are only guaranteed for up to 10 days.

>After these time frames, the full amount of any future service(s) is fully the client’s responsibility.

>Spa room reservations require a signed consent form or series of questions asked and answered prior to your service(s).

~We respectfully ask that if you have children with you, please always keep them with you or they remain in the waiting area. If you’re receiving a chemical service or spa room service, it is our best suggestion that you find alternate care for your child(ren). We will not be held responsible for unattended children.

~Please remain in the waiting area if you are not receiving any services.

~We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and checks (must have name, street address, and valid driver’s license number on check). $50.00 returned check fee.
