COVID-19 Regulations and Policies
As we prepare to reopen, we would like to share our additional regulations and policies:
If you can answer yes to any of the following, please notify us to cancel your appointment and please DO NOT come to the salon for your appointment!
In the past 48 hours have you experienced? ~ Fever (above 100.4) ~ Cough (not due to allergies) ~Sore Throat ~ Shortness of Breath ~ Loss of smell or taste ~ New Muscle Aches
Within the past 14 days have you? ~ Tested positive for COVID-19 ~ Been around or cared for anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 ~ Been around or cared for anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 ~ Traveled internationally or domestically ~ Been tested and waiting results
Upon entering, please use the hand sanitizer just inside the door to your right on the window ledge. We are doing temperature checks, if it is 100.4 or higher, you will have to reschedule and be responsible for 50% of your service total. We are requiring a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours, you will be responsible for 50% of your service total. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE US HAVE TO DO THIS!
You will be required to wear a mask for your entire time in the salon/spa. If you cannot wear a mask you will not be permitted in the salon/spa. We ask that you bring your own mask (bandanas and face coverings that block the hair in any way will not be permitted). If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. NO MASK=NO SERVICE
Social Distancing will be practiced in our waiting area during check in and check out procedures and during your service(s) to the best of our ability
We will operate by appointments only, if you would like to be a “walk-in” you will need to call us to be scheduled for an appointment (540) 631-1177.
Only the client receiving services will be permitted to enter the salon. The only exception will be for a child that requires a parent present or a client that requires assistance that we are already aware of. Keep in mind that we will no longer be offering coffee, water, or snacks.
We will NOT be offering facials, or beard trims at this time. We will be offering eyebrow waxing beginning July 1, 2020. This will be offered with select stylists.
We will be taking extra cleaning and disinfecting procedures between each client.
